The biggest bug in this game's crucible is the fact that people who are lagging can potentially perform better in the game at any time. The game will never kick them and they can dodge bullets and melees and teleport. And then on top of it all, when i have a great connection and ping, it easily errors me out without any issues!! Halo had a better system than this!! idk.. go back to the network strategies of halo. They work better. Stop the game until connections settle down or kick the person out after multiple attempts at acquiring better connection. This is a competitive environment game, everyone needs to be able to perform their best for crucible or have the potential to be unable to play against other players. It obviously affects the servers as a whole too.
