Usually, in good games, there are not invisible walls and restrictions/kill zones everywhere..
Usually, in good games, each room has mystery, something to explore, and maybe some type of item..
For example, in that strike stream with Mr. Fruity.
We should not be able to proceed through rooms by just running through them.
We should actually have to defend the ghost, obtain a key or something, and clear the room.
In games like Skyrim, dark souls, fallout, or even gears of war, Halo, gta, - there are things that make areas/rooms interesting and unique.
- Easter eggs
- keys/something to obtain
- defending or working with a.I.
- collectibles
- hidden walls/paths
- something with information/reading
Etc, these strikes... Just run from point a-b, killing stuff, and half of it you don't have to kill..
It's like you guys make these amazing, graphics, amazing enemies, amazing music, awesome weapons and armor, neat level designs, and you just stop there.......
You forget to make it interesting and add some depth and reason.
And I think this is the first game in history that has no dialogue, and no a.I. to communicate with, work with, play with...
And your boss battles suck, Seriously.
Play dark souls, seriously. Creative, AMAZING, boss battles that not only get increasingly difficult and change up their style, but the music is climatic and changes as well
