This place has become a flood of complaints, which is fine and you're all entitled to that, but jeez is there any fun, positive news or threads?

Yes. Just not in the Feedback thread.
-
Every single post is an investment in this game and in hope. If you want people (and customers) to abandon objectivity and healthy skepticism, I'd suggest you take up cheerleading in China.

Only too little.

Good news!...SW Battlefront, Titanfall 2, Doom and The Division will be here soon. Games made by producers that don't lie to there customers claiming their game is something it isn't and then charge $100 for an unfinished beta. Bungie deserves ALL the shit it's getting...and more!
-
If bungie did a good job there would be. They suck and the forums reflect that U cant play like shit and still expect coach to praise u right?

I remained positive up until HoW, I played it for a couple of weeks and then just stopped. (I still play PvP because no one ever said the gameplay was lacking) I gave it a year and two DLC's to keep me excited and hyped, but there's nothing to be positive about anymore. Bungie doesn't listen, and when they do it's generally to the wrong complaints. They also have a terrible communication problem. They don't communicate well with their fans, and that's caused quite a few problems. I realize they can't please everyone, but they constantly piss off a majority of the community forums. And that's just the forums. If Bungie can't even keep the forums in good working order then we have little hope for the game itself. While the gameplay is fun, it can't/won't hold the game up for 9 more years. Each new DLC has done a couple things right and everything else wrong. In TDB, they dove a little deeper into the quest system (kind of), messed around with fixed drops from specific enemies, and tried to improve story telling. Yet it also destroyed the games economy by bringing in completely new materials and currencies rendering what we had stockpiles of almost obsolete, but still necessary enough to take up space in our inventories. They made all of our gear obsolete with little to no warning, and forced us to relevel our exotics. "New" missions were just backwards strikes, and the raid was decent, but didn't live up to VoG. And the DLC as a whole was pretty small. With HoW, I personally feel that it only did two things right; allowing us to upgrade whatever legendary gear we want, and made a valiant attempt to tell a story. IMO, HoW is the best story Destiny has told so far, and yet it's still hard to follow considering the lack of narrative and a lot hiding in grimoire cards. Everything else got really boring, really fast. I did trials maybe twice, and never finished PoE. There was just no reason to other than the experience. Thats why I am no longer positive for Destiny's future, and why I haven't bought TTK. Every DLC has been nothing more than a breathe of fresh air, and then it's gone. Nothing is truly new or innovative within the game. It's a few new things, that are fun at first, but end up just being the same repetitive grind until the next DLC comes out. If Bungie were to not release a new DLC for at least a year it would lose a large majority of its players. That's what the game has turned into, grind for three months then do it all over again with a slightly different look. The game is fun and enjoyable, but it's also stale and underwhelming. Sadly none of the DLC so far has fixed that problem. I'm hopeful that TTK will help with these issues, but I'm not counting on it. I hope I'm wrong, but I said the same thing about HoW and that didn't turn out the greatest. TL;DR Fun, albeit repetitive gameplay + no innovation = failing game

Unfortunately these reactions are all caused by Bungies own actions. We tried supporting game by buying Dlcs devoting our time supplying feedback. In return : Lies , ignorance and more hype Trust me we all wanted to give positive feedback , hack forget feedback we wanted to go on with our fight against darkness but too late ....
-
There are plenty of positive people... but just because mummy bungie won't give them everything on a silver platter and change their nappy they cry 😢.....
-
That depends; is Bungie done making stupid ass decisions that alienate and drive away their player base?
-
If Bungie would stop with the lies and double talk and the non-update "updates" and half answers/non-answers towards pricing and content and the trolling of year 1 players into playing a beta for an entire year and the ignoring of the community wish list. Oh, and maybe an acknowledgement that they didn't have a clear cut vision of what they wanted this game to be. Maybe..just maybe you'd see a change.
-
No. Bungie has removed anything positive to talk about and left nothing but reasons to return the abuse they so readily heap upon their own players. We tried for months to give feedback using nice, diplomatic language. Bungie summarily ignored it all. If you step back far enough to take in the temper of and change in the threads about Destiny, you can see them turning more critical and vile as time goes on. That's in direct response to being ignored, lied to, taken for ever more money for overpriced garbage, lied to some more, told about changes that no one asked for (but being told that we asked for them), and then having our progress erased from the entire first (and only) year that Destiny has been active. We're fed up. Simple as that.
-
Not here, the waters of joy and competitive fun have dried up. The dreams and hopes that once grew have withered away. All that's left are weeds.....dang stubborn things.
-
This is how Bungie wants it.

Edited by Stitches22x: 8/27/2015 7:48:07 PMHard to be positive when you realize that you have paid $100 for the most expensive Beta test It should be a lemon law for games.
-
Peoplw go to feed back to bitch and moan most of the time. 95% of the posts are garbage amd the ones with actual feedback get flooded with "git gud" or something else.
-
Nope, there is actually a deficit. Anything they do at this point will be met with skepticism as it will likely be followed up with some unwanted changes.... so that we keep playing the game in line with their vision.
-
If you like being robbed for £ $ then stay positive, if your sick of it be negative, then when you've spent so much money on a game you kinda feel committed even if you despise the company that "makes" the game
-
..well I guess if bungie finally get down from their high horse and give us some answers on asked questions, you know to calm down situation.. ..but care for something or someone and just ignoring it in hope it will disappear are two totally different things. ..I've always considered, staying quiet as a sign of approval.

Nope... who the hell does anything but complain on the internet... that's the norm isn't it? Lol
-
Bah humbug
-
Negative.
-
Not at the moment it would seem. In fact the negativity is a fast spreading cancer that is consuming these forums, if you like that sort of thing.
-
I'm afraid most of my positive views are to do with all my year one weapons and armour, and I'm having them taken away from me like a naughty child.
-
Positivity? That went in the tear jar months ago.
