ALERT: Today's Stream Failed - Why?

Agreed, Bungie should have respected the sword.

Disagree, Artifacts were more important to show.

Bungie's way of Hyping the Sword Up?

They completely ignored the sword. ON PURPOSE. Please don't get me wrong, I love the new strike, and all of the new mechanics. All of the detail, new boss interactions, enemy AI's fighting each other, while the Guardians are struggling in a battle of their own. So much multitasking was brilliant design for this strike. HOWEVER: When Mr. Fruit was presenting his load out, Bungie forced him to completely treat the New Heavy Slot Weapon Type as if it didn't exist! This was even more infuriating by the attitudes of the Fireteam was so 'meh' about it. THEY WENT INTO MORE DETAIL OVER THE ARTIFACT SLOT THAN THE SWORD. THE ARTIFACT HAS NO PHYSICAL FORM UPON YOUR TOON. WTF?? I DGAF ABOUT THE ARTIFACT COMPARED TO THE SWORD. The Sword is a whole new weapon type for a Guardian's Heavy Weapon slot, and they completely ignored it. Totally underwhelmed it for me when they used it from another player's perspective at the end of the strike, and the playing team treated it as if it was as cool as Dreg's Promise. *sarcasm* DO YOU AGREE THAT THE SWORD IS A BIGGER DEAL THAN WHAT THEY MADE IT OUT TO BE AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN A PROPER INTRODUCTION TO THE COMMUNITY?

  • Retarded that they took the time to show 3 artifacts that were all the same perk, just for different elements. Oooooh a chance to drop orbs on a melee, maybe!!!!!!!
