Praetorian Foil Drops
So while reading online it seemed to me that originally the Praetorian Foil dropped from Oracles, then at some point Bungie swapped it to drop from the Templar. Not sure if that's accurate, but either way it seems like most people online are saying they got the drop from the Templar. On top of that most of the "Loot Table" sites show the drop being Templar Exclusive. However, this past Monday I saw my first Foil drop ever. One of my close friends got it, and it was from Oracles... So my question. Where did you get your Praetorian Foil, and where have you seen it drop?
Originally we were swapping out at Templar so we had a chance on all 3 characters, but now it looks like our swap out point may be changing to Oracles.
EDIT: I do have 1 other friend that has it, he says he got it from the Templar, however, I didn't see the drop personally, he had it before I even started playing Destiny.

It drops from oracles don't listen to them. It's just rare enough that people will fool you
