Private matchmaking
I can't tell you how many times I had a fireteam of 6 after doing a raid and wanted to do rumble. Or if I had a 3 man fireteam and so did a friend so we wanted to skirmish against each other. Destiny really needs private matchmaking in the game even if crucible bounties are disabled (that would make it way too easy to complete a thorn bounty)
This would make crucible much more fun, since you would actually know who you were fighting against if you wanted to play a friend

I've wanted custom games for so long. I still do not know why this hasnt been made yet. This is a major reason pvp hasnt exploded. Tournaments could easily be made both locally and online. I still do not get why they havent made this upgrade, i mean...cmon... they worked with Halo before, they know a huge reason halo exploded was due to the reason of being able to create custom pvp matches, hence, MLG making the game explode further.
