Year 1 Exotics in TTK?
Just something that I can't help wondering. For example, if I have not yet unlocked the Suros Regime, will I still be able to find the year 1 version of the weapon in TTK? Will unlocking the Year 2 version also unlock the Year 1 version? Or will I just be locked out from ever owning that exotic weapon once TTK comes out? Will year 1 exotics continue to drop in TTK? Sorry for so many questions I'm just very curious about the state of exotics moving forward. Thank you!

This is the MOST ridicules thing Bungie has done to date!!!! I work my butt off in year one, stupidly buy both TDB and HOW, and THIS is how Bungie repays me?! By F'ing taking all my weapons! I could give a crap less about the "new and exciting gear" they have planned for us. If all exotics are not brought over in short order of the release, this will be the very last money Bungie gets from this Guardian!

1 ReplyThey will probably eventually rotate all the year 1 exotics into year 2. Besides the year 2 version are all almost completely superior.

12 RepliesI believe that if it has a Year 2 version available for it, that you will not be able to acquire the Year 1 version of it. They might even take it a step further to where all Year 1 gear is simply removed from drops, and be unable to get it, which I would honestly be in favor of.

Do we even keep our originals? Im not handing over my guns. And good work destiny now there are going to be 2 version's of the same gun. Thus making nerfing and buffing a nightmare.... kill yourself. You hinted they would all come foward 1 day but what version

Im guessing that year one exotics will drop in year one activities like vault of glass and Crotas end, while year 2 exotics (such as year 2 suros regime) will drop in taken king activities. This is just me guessing though
