[b]Edit: (Pre TTK/Post HoW)[/b] Bungie has let us know via a DeeJ interview that post 2.0 will will have the ability to declare our allegiance to factions (one at a time) and thusly will no longer be bound to our faction class items. This exciting change isn't the only thing to come for factions with TTK, DeeJ mentions a reward system that [u]isnt structured around random loot[/u], instead doing faction challenges will grant players access to tiered rewards (this sounds a lot like they are becoming a bit more like Eris or Petra. [b]Note that it appears that the three faction ships currently in the game may well no longer be obtainable after 2.0[/b] Lastly; Finally! Eva Levante(the old woman with a really f'ed up accent in that awkward alleyway in tower north, the speaker's area) will finally serve a purpose, in 2.0 she will store your shaders and emblems much like Tess Everis, from special requisitions. This means that I won't have to worry about unlocking/deleting a shader I waited a long time for to drop, also it seems she will retroactively have an account of all the shaders players have unlocked in the past. It's unconfirmed wether or not Eva's inventory will account for instances of each shader you have dropped, only granting you one revenant shader across accounts, or if she will be a little nicer and allow you to grab a shader for each of your characters. (E.g. With Tess Everis and the shader "Double banshee" I can grab another from Tess so long as it's not already on the character (with exception for the legendary ghost shell, which I have 5 of on my hunter...
