Exotic armour buff suggestions - Warlocks

While there are plenty of badass exotics out there, we are well aware that some of them genuinely suck. Weapons are a trickier issue so this thread will focus on dealing with lackluster pieces of exotic armour. In this thread I'll be dealing with warlock exotics, lets get right to it!
Apothesis Veil: Problem - The main perk on this helmet is extremely situational and is good for very little outside killing crota. Buff - Rather than just triggering on supers, make this helmet regen health on any ability kill. This would synergise well with the discipline and melees recharging grenade energy, letting you frequently regen health through grenade kills. It would make a great helmet for sunsingers as the health regen would work great with radiance. This perk could be alongside the current perk or instead of it depending on how powerful it makes the exotic.

Light Beyond Nemesis: Problem - Has strength which makes the exotic undesirable. Buff - Give it intellect instead to tie in better with main perk

Skull of Dire Ahamkara: Problem - This exotic is actually fairly decent and doesn't outright need a buff. Its a bit situational but its only real problem is that it just isn't as good as Obsidian mind or the Ram. Buff - It essentially already gives "The hunger" perk so I'd just say add to this and let it give Embrace the Void as well. Would work great for grenade recharging. Maybe that would mean a discipline or split stat would suit it better but that might be asking for a bit much.

The Ram: Problem - There isn't one, the Ram is a great exotic. This idea is just a personal preference rather than anything else. Buff - I was thinking rather than increased armour it could give increased recovery. This would tie in well with the melee perk, allowing you to quickly regenerate health without having to retreat to cover which would let it retain the unstoppable force vibe that the helmet is meant to give off. Like I said just a personal preference, since warlocks start out with extra recovery I thought it would be more fitting than the extra armour.
This is just my opinion. Feel free to give feedback but if you're gonna start hating on it take yourself somewhere else.

Sunbreakers: Problem - While part of the problem lies in the solar grenades themselves the extended duration only really works as an area denial system. Enemies, both human and AI move out of the way after a few seconds so you rarely deal extra damage using them and for area denial just shooting enemies usually works just as well. Buff - Sunbreakers could give touch of flame for solar grenades as well, this would increase the overall damage of the grenades and would allow you to go for gift of the sun, maximizing your potential damage with solar grenades. It'd be great hitting a group of targets and watching them all slowly burn away, while still having another grenade ready if needed.

Claws of Ahamkara: Problem - There isn't really much of an issue with these, the issue is more with melee attacks in general. Because ranged combat is encouraged over melee fights these gauntlets don't usually get used to their full extent. Buff - Not entirely sure what would help here. I think replacing special weapon loader with melee kills increase super energy would be a good start to encourage getting up close for melee kills

Purifier Robes: Problem - The perk is very situational, most importantly you have to first die for it to take effect which makes it instantly less appealing in endgame pve content. It's good in trials for suprising an enemy team but there isn't much else to it. Buff - Just make the perk activate whenever you trigger radiance, self-res or not. If you wanted to go a bit further you could also make scorch blind enemies while radiance is active for an added bonus that wouldn't affect PVP that much.
Well that's warlocks done. I'm sure some of you might be wondering where Starfire Protocol is on this list and I'm just gonna say personally I think it's fine as it is, I wear it pretty much all the time if I'm pve-ing with my sunsinger. Don't let that stop you from suggesting buffs if you think it could be better though. Let me know what you guys/girls think about these suggestions!
