Strange Network-Issue (searching for some expirienced people)

Greetings guardians, At first i want to exuse, if my english is terrible or something is not to understand. If so, just ask me and i'll try to reexplain. And please be polite. I do not know how to continue with this problem anymore. I hope i can find someone expirienced here with some knowledge. The problem: I dont know why but i get constant disconnects if i try to play our join a party with a certain friend. I can talk an play with each person except him. As soon as i try to connect to the party or the same fireteam where he is. I get disconnects. My full connection drops. Not just Destiny. I lose my complete network connection. This problem is not new for me i had this since a while. I already contacted my internet provider for this cause i had this problem already once with another friend (i could speak with him since i've internet. And one day, this problem appeared out of nowhere). They sent a technician to me. He checked something and said, that everything was fine. I explained him my problem again and he gave me a new modem. Acutualy the same modem i had bevor, except it was a newer version of it. I tryied it out and my problem was gone at first. I could play again with my friend. Some weeks later another friend of me started to play Destiny again and as soon we togehter where in the same party or fireteam i'll keep geting network-drops. I tried to configurate my mode/router, use LAN, use an acesspoint, use another router (witch couldn't use bridgmode, cause my provider doesn't allow the modem to enable it). But nothing realy helped. So i ask you, if anyone of you have an idea what this could be, before i try to conntact my proivder again. Here are some data: I'm from Germany. My proivder is Unitymedia. The service i offered is 2play COMFORT 120 (120 Mbit/s Download and 6 Mbit/s Upload). The modem they gave me is a Technicolor TC7200. Im using 2.4GHZ Wirelss with a average connection and get like 10 Mbit/s on this device with my PS4 (get much more with my PC). If you need some other data or info you want to know just ask. I am grateful for any help!

 • 1. ensure you have the latest firmware update for your router. 2. ensure your PS4 is up to date with current patches. 3. set up static IP addressing on your router and manually configure the IP on your PS4. 4. grab the networking help document from bungie.net help section. I would include the link but don't have it.
