Should bungie implement bounties to gain rep for an individual faction? Like dead orbit has its own and FWC does too etc.... I think it would be a cool idea to have because then we wouldn't have to have the cloaks marks or bonds anymore. You could still rep the bonds and such, maybe for an XP boost?
