I was messing around in the crucible and i ended up discovering that green weapons have hidden perks as you can see in the video i killed 2 players with 1 sniper bullet which shows that the weapon secretly has armor-piercing rounds this is also backed up by the fact that the sniper has the same impact as another sniper that has armor-piecring rounds on it which is known to boost a weapons impact. now its possible that this also applies to the other types of weapons too so it would be a good idea to test other weapons and see. pictures showing the perks on the weapons i used can be found [url=http://imgur.com/a/f78hG]here[/url]
