I was cheesing Oracles last night with some buddies (sorry elitests) and I noticed it was taking 8 seconds to regenerate shots for my Ice Breaker. So did the new weapon update already get put through or what. My black hammer still is pulls bullets out of thin air so what's going on? Selective updates? Maybe I'm High?
