I'm in many groups and even have my own clan, but recently one of my friends started playing and it made me wonder what people are looking for in a clan. Do you just want it to consist of people that will jump in and out to help or structured team building? How about the type of leadership: controlled or more of a democratic clan members helping decide the outcome of the whole?
