This was a thought I came up with while playing Crota one day with my clan, let me know what you guys think. With ammo synthesis, we have the normal cool down time and it seems like someone is always needing heavy ammo. We all have had to wait for players to empty their entire arsenal of ammo in order to get heavy ammo drops during raids. So, what I propose is this: give us the option to either use the ammo synthesis for ourself, or have the option to drop the synthesis for a fellow guardian who may need it at that moment. Still have the 5 minute cool down no matter what action is taken. I think this would be a good idea, and given that there's plenty of us with an abundance of strange coins and not much to spend them on, this would give us more incentive to be doing weekly heroics every week in order to help out our raid team.
