why won't blades of Crota spawn any more?
why won't the blades of Crota spawn anymore it was really fun back when they would spawn on like earth or moon. it's how I got husk of the pit :). and able to complete a some bountys. but y don't they spawn anymore. u could really use a blade of Crota when ever wolves r prowling and they should be on like Mars or Venus and I just put a random url hope u like it :)

I've heard rumor that Eris Morn will be the main quest-giver for TTK, which may point to Blades of Crota being found on the Dreadnought?

1 Replybecause like the devs have stated destiny is an evolving game with an evolving timeline, most players have completed eris questline and defeated crota, his soldiers and campaign to return has been halted and his minions can no longer be found, however this left room for the story to advance were we see skolas rise to power and his posse of wolves around the galaxy at one point in the future we will stop to see wolf patrols and they will be replaced with something new, its game progression and as sad as it is sometimes it is still necessary to build up the story that bungie is trying to tell. the reason they never appeared on venus or mars is because the hive never had a presence on those planets, the same is the reason why wolves dont spawn on mars, because the fallen dont have a presence there and remember if you ever need a husk of the pit you can still repeat the very first part of the first eris mission. hope this explains things, have a nice day

if u do that u can husk of the pit which u can upgrade to a legendary then an exotic but I did it by farming

Because for some strange reason Bungie likes to force players to play the Fist of Croata three damn times in a row to finish the Eris mission.

4 RepliesCanonically speaking, Crota and his spawn are dead. So the Blades of Crota are no longer alive. And now that the Fallen House of Wolves are free, they're the ones running rampant on Earth, Luna, and Venus.
