Is it possible some bans aren't justified?
I heard about this ban stuff going regarding Trials cheaters and stuff like that.
I noticed SOOO many posts with people complaining about how they got banned but...
Is it possible Bungie is banning SOME people that never cheated?

It's possible, but last time Bungie banned for trials quitting there were as many post swearing they had never done anything wrong. Then their stats were checked and they all left matches. Same here probably, we just can't check it ourselves this time.
