With the emergence of Thorn in PvP and abundance of Sunsingers with Touch of Flame and Viking Funeral, a lot of players know how it feels to burn. It's not fun dying 3-5 seconds after an encounter due to a burn. Every weapon and every piece of gear should have a counter, and that is why I believe an exotic chest piece (not sure for what class or classes) that prevents players from being burned would be great for PvP. Currently, there is nothing you can do to prevent being burned. Maxing armor is pretty much all you can do, and that only does so much. An exotic armor piece that prevents burning would lower the effectiveness of Thorn and Firebolt grenades and make PvP more balanced and competitive. Thoughts?
