Hold up!!! DLC maps - I'm confused!
When halo reach comes out in 2 days. I hvae been reading some formus and I'm confused. When halo reach is out, if you want more maps do we have to buy for more MS pts. If so, why cant bungie put everything at once in just one disc instead of separate 3 maps for DLC only. It doesnt make any sense at all.

Like they did with Halo 3, they sold separate map packs at 800MS points each, and then they made us buy ODST which had ALL the maps. Now, no one in the community knew about Bungie's plans to release the ODST disc, so everyone went ahead and bought the individual map packs, and HAD to buy the ODST disc to get the final 3 maps. They told us (I think) that the 3 final maps only available on the ODST disc would not be available as all the other map packs, and be available on the marketplace. So some people only bought ODST for the maps, and then they put out the final 3 maps on marketplace a while after the release of ODST. Then they made 80% of the playlists 'All DLC required', so from the beginning, it has always been one big money making idea which has seemed to work. The end. :-)
