Describe your politics. JUST DO IT, WIMP.

Socially liberal. Anti-racism. Pro-sex (including LGBT, pornography, and even prostitution). America has a really unhealthy obsession with sex. Calm the -blam!- down, guys. Just let people do what they want. [EDIT: Provided it's consensual.] Fiscally conservative. Was raised Catholic, now a "lapsed Catholic", but I support religious freedom. Pro-America. Pro-military, but opposed to most of the wars we've fought in recent years. Pro-choice. Pro-women's rights, but strongly anti-feminism since that entire movement has been coopted by SJWs and Communists. I support equal gender rights, not female (or male) superiority. Anti-multiculturalism. Doesn't seem to fit with a socially liberal outlook at first glance, but let me explain. America is the land of the free. You should be allowed to do whatever you want here, within the confines of our system. I have no problem with other cultures, but I'm strongly against pandering to minorities and giving them access to alternate systems, like Sharia law. There's no place for that. If you want to live here, you have to integrate into our system.

 • Fiscally moderate and socially liberal with a few exceptions. Regarding the former, I believe that capitalism is inevitable in an industrialized society like our own, so any attempts to stop it are futile. However, I also believe that we need to have legal restraints in place to prevent corporations from harming the economy as a whole through unfair business practices, exploitation, outsourcing, and the like. You could call me a socialist in the very loose sense of the word, but I generally prefer the title semi-capitalist or something along those lines. Socially I'm liberal in that I value the freedom of the individual. I support same-sex marriage and *strictly regulated* prostitution/pornography since it isn't my place to tell people what they can't do. But by that same token, I'm also a STRONG supporter of the 2nd Amendment. I believe in the right to bear arms and view most forms of gun-control as infringements upon our freedom as individuals. Regarding abortion, I am strongly pro-life and anti-Planned Parenthood. However, I am skeptical that legal action is really the best way to stop abortion. I think the underlying social factors need to be addressed first and abortion needs to be ended via prevention. So socially I wouldn't fit in with either American movement's platform 100%, but in *principle* I'd be liberal. I consider myself a strong environmentalist. I believe that we need to prevent deforestation, invest in cleaner energy, take more responsibility for the ill effect that industrialism has on our world, and make more conservation efforts. In fact, my two favorite presidents are Teddy Roosevelt and Richard Nixon, because they were both environmentalists. The former started the national park thing and other conservation efforts, the latter started the Environmental Protection Agency. However, by that same token, I am also very pro-hunting, fishing, hiking, and other outdoorsmen activities. So my environmentalism isn't rooted in a hippy desire to honor Mother Nature, but in taking responsibility for the hobbies I enjoy and want to safeguard. Religiously I identify as agnostic Eastern Orthodox with some universalist (we call it apokostatasis) leanings. I support religious freedom although I am a bit skeptical of Islam or at least Muslim immigrants from troubled Islamic countries in the Middle East. I am very pro-military to the extent that I would actually increase military funding. However, I strongly oppose our involvement in recent conflicts and would rather see the military invest its money more in science and technology which would serve the dual purpose of both benefiting them as well as society as a whole. I am sympathetic to feminism and the plight of female rights, but I think it is a lost cause because I believe that patriarchy, for better or for worse, is inevitable via our evolution and biology. We can create an environment that is more accommodating and fairer toward women, but we will never be able to change our underlying biology. We are the products of years of evolution and so men and women will never be "equal" or the same, although we can try to make things fair. Economically I do not believe that raising taxes for the rich nor adjusting our budget will really fix anything. Neither methods actually introduce more money into the economy. They just redistribute its already existing supply of money. In other words, a weak economy will always be a weak economy no matter how we distribute it. I believe that in order to fix the economy, we need to harness that inevitable capitalism of our industrialized society and use it to make more money, just like we did in the aftermath of World War II. But I also believe that we need to be cautious not to make the same mistakes that we made following our prosperity which led to another weak economy. So there has to be some element of control or "socialism" to safeguard against the dangers of total *unbridled* capitalism.
