The black hammer nerf was handled incorrectly. It should be nerfed it is too good right now but they could have done it better. If the make the white nail perk take ammo from your inventory it will become useless and normal snipers with triple tap will be better that it. What i suggest is that they nerf it so it returns 2 bullets back to the mag so it can be better than any sniper you can reroll but still be part of its former glory.
