So the category description for this forum is "Be brave." It's funny because Bungie is quite bold as they are brave. To put the latest fix in Destiny in the proper place, the hot fix section, was a common sense thing to do. However, Bungie loves feedback... through statistics that is, not from players. So here I am being brave and creating a new condition for the algorithm that is Bungie's seesaw of changes. Let's call it "Bungiecide" and the definition? A company change of a product the deters consumers away from the product due to statistical evidence of the product working too well. Bungie was bold to not allow comments on their weapon tuning 2.0 article, however very smart. This brings us back to Bungie not listening to player feedback, only the numbers and charts that supply them with enough evidence to make their decisions. I'm sure you guys have seen the weapon tuning 2.0 article, and chances are you're one of the ones using Thorn, Gjallarhorn, Red Death, TLW, Black Hammer, Hawkmoon, etc. Basically you're upset about something on the list because in no way, shape, or form of WT2 patch is Destiny "becoming legend." We can bicker back and forth on what gun was successfully nerfed or whatever, and yes statistics prove some points. Thorn probably needed a nerf, Gjallarhorn is now Nerfahorn, Black Hammer is more like Black Screwdriver, Red Death is more like Red HopeIHitAllMyPrecisionShots, and Hawkmoon is probably like a Dovemoon. Basically everything kicka-- about some of these nerfed exotics and the the one legendary sniper Screwdriver has made Destiny's motto into "DESTINY - Become, Meh" I have no desire to play this game anymore and quite honestly I'm rethinking The Taken King. I mean I can go and say I have been a Destiny fanboy since Halo 2 and all that stuff but I'll be slammed with the facts that my profile shows otherwise. Let's just pretend that Destiny can prevent itself from committing Bungiecide

  • I agree and I have been a fan of bungie since the very first halo. Played it on release day and I did like destiny but it seems to me that the game has just gotten worse and worse with every expansion. I still think VOG was great and was looking forward to crotas end until I played it. POE got extremely boring extremely fast so I have moved on to other things. I don't plan on getting TTK for a couple months atleast with all the games coming out in the next few months. I think the division will end up being the next game I end up playing as much as I did destiny.
