So, I've noticed that my second character doesn't always get a chest key when he turns in the first bounty each week. He's only been high enough level for 3 weeks. I figured the first week was a fluke when I didn't get one. I did get one the second week, but this week I didn't. Is anyone else experiencing this (I've only talked to one other person who I play with who claims that happened to him once).
