'Destiny' Must Learn Not To Fear Constant Weapon Balancing - FORBES
sums it up well. I've never seen a big game take so long for balancing and patches.
Update: Speaking of which, I find it funny that Bungie has altered and updated their website more than they have balanced gear or have fixed bugs/exploits in the game. At least, that's what it feels like.
