PvP and Pve changes:
Fusion rifle damage +5%
Slightly reduced bullet spread for fusion rifles
Handcannon damage reduced by 5%
Handcannon range reduced by 25%
Shot package effect reduced by 30%
Final round now only affects minions of the darkness
Scout rifle damage increased by 5%
Auto rifle damage increased to just under their former glory with the lowest impact archetypes receiving the largest buff.
Auto rifle recoil increased by 10%-15%
Increased reserve ammo and ammo drops for lower damage higher ROF machine guns
Hard light damage increase by 12%, recoil reduced to near zero. Range kept low.
Nechrochasm magazine size increased to 72, damage increased by 60% and cursed thrall explosions trigger on ALL kills, precision or not.
All rocket launchers damage increased by 5% except Gjallarhorn
Gjallarhorn damage reduced by 15%, all from the initial damage (wolfpack rounds still do same damage)
Dragons breath has tripod as a hidden perk, with it replaced by Grenades and Horseshoes on the perk tree
Super good advice recoil reduced and damage increased slightly
Pocket infinity range increased slightly
Fourth horseman's final perk changed from return to sender to triple up (all three perks can be selected from the middle tree)
No land beyond has reduced sway, doubled bolt speed and doubled reserve ammo
All prison of elders weapons have fallen disruptor (bonus damage to fallen majors or ultras) added to their perks without any others being removed.
Slightly increased range and accuracy for both current sidearms in the game
Send it and perfect balance replaced by extended mag and speed reload on thorn.
PvP ONLY changes
Shotgun damage reduced by between 20% for the highest impact archetype and 0% for the lowest.
Melee range for warlocks and blink hunters reduced by 15%
Heavy ammo per crate reduced by 20%
Handcannon ranges are all reduced by a further 25%
Thorn's damage over time nerfed so one headshot and two body shots plus burn is required to kill.
Reduced pulse rifle damage by 2.5%%
Opponents have a 5% chance of dropping special ammo on being killed, will disappear when you die or after 15 seconds
Combined arms is made a regular playlist with more abundant special ammo (for snipers)
Edit: Take the damage percentages with a pinch of salt, they are too high in most cases seeing as a 2.5% nerf to auto rifles made them unusable

This is so incredibly unbalanced. Your shotgun nerf would cause high rate of fire shotguns to reign king in PvP. 10%-25% auto rifle damage is too insane, they only nerfed it by 2.8%, it needs a way smaller buff. The special ammo drop from enemies is something they took away a while ago to prevent shotguns from ruling crucible, they still do but they run out of ammo a lot more often now. Please don't consider this a good list of buffs for weapons, it's unbalanced as hell
