Not taking damage in IB
I was grinding out IB this weekend and I noticed there were a few opponents that did not take a bit of damage to their shield or life even when I dropped a scatter grenade, melee hit and Bad JuJu to the face. Has anyone else experienced this?

3 RepliesI've had a few IMMUNE pop up on my shotgun pellets and on a grenade. Anyone else experienced this? I've never seen it before.

In trials i hit someone directly wth a rocket and it didn't even take down half their shields...

If they are lag switchers, they should be banned. There is no reason to cheat on a game like this just to win. Have fun with it, if like me, you are not very good at pvp, grind it out. You will get better.

The worst is probably the lack of scope glint on everyone. For some reason when I see that glint my scope just snaps to the dome haha. But for real there's a sense of urgency when you know your facing off against another sniper but most matches have been bad with this

Just recently I've experienced 0 damage values on enemies. It wasn't constant throughout the whole match it was only like once or twice. It was upsetting though because it always cost me my life

Edited by spatulashack: 7/7/2015 3:06:46 AMThis was definitely rampant throughout some of my games this week. It didn't seem like lagging or lag switching either. Everyone had green bars, no one was teleporting all over the map. The game played like it normally would and yet everyone seemed nearly invincible. It was almost like certain players just had an insane amount of armor. Three head-shots with my fully upgraded hand-cannon and it would barely drop a player's shield.

2 RepliesWe had a group last night that "started lagging" every time our team took the lead. Then they would get a lead and everything would go back to normal. If we took the lead or pushed close to the lead, and especially if we started taking B on pantheon, the games "started lagging" again. Very mysterious...

8 RepliesOh yes I've seen a lot of it I don't report it because its hard to determine who is actually cheating vs. Bungies server connection actually being poor. - and I don't want to get someone banned who doesn't deserve it. I mean one match everyone's signal was good then suddenly we were actually winning and I get weaseled and returned to the title screen. I'm telling you its not our connections that are bad. The bandwidth must be to high for there servers!?

It's lag or cheating.

It's lag. Sometimes it's so bad you can't even cap a zone, yet the team will still gain points at an accelerated rate. The result of awesome servers.

I have not but I have seen some glitches during gameplay. Example: - During Patrol on Mars (Barens), there is a point on the location that I'd get shot by an invisible static (would not move from the position) vex. If I got close, I could see the glowing eye and the shots coming to damage me but nothing else. It was like a ghost from a previous spawned vex killed in the location. It only disappered once an event started on the same location. - During POE and Strikes I see many times enemies suddenly spawning in front of me and then quickly disappering many times. The bad is when I get killed by the glitch. I only noticed something like you mentioned during the Archon Priest Strike Nightfall. At the stage where you have the clifs close to the docked spaceship on the far right side below, I many times like to snipe the enemies down first from the high clif. It seems Bungie created a patch to force players to go down as I was using many different weapons and the enemies (even lower rank) seemed immune to all shots. Once I got closer, the weapons worked as usual. Good luck with all you do.

1 ReplyI had one where i shot gunned a player point blank. The kill registered but the player kept running around for like 5 or 6 seconds before he actually fell and died. To many of those late reaction deaths.

Yup, and i promptly backed out and found a new lobby. All set with that nonsense.
