PS4/Xbox One Clan Joining Bug?

I have experienced a glitch with PS4 and Xbox1 Clan joining. I have lots of money invested with my clan and do not want to lose it. I have now lost administrative authority over my clan. I have tried contacting Bungie 5-6 times, but have gotten no response. Right now it is looking like I am no going to lose the clan altogether. After unlinking my Xbox One GT name (xENRAGEisNEARx) from my clan (Team Firefly), I had to make a new account. I now have a different user ID number that what the clan founder has. I am the only administrator, so therefore I have no way of making my new Bungie.net account the Founder, even though it is the same name and login. Can someone please help me? I have contacted on twitter, email and through forum. I give away thousands of dollars worth of prizes to my members in monthly contests, but have no way to manage that now. Please help? Thanks so much for reading. XBOX ONE: xENRAGEisNEARx PS4: CabinetDepot Clan Page: https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Forum/1010905/0/1/0

Hi there Enrage is Near, So what you have a case of here is what we actually call an "orphaned" bungie.net account. You have de-authorized an Xbox Live authentication from a bungie.net account, thus "orphaning" it (leave no way to login). There are no authentication methods attached to that profile. When you signed in afterwords with your Xbox Live credentials, because it wasn't assigned to a particular bungie.net account at that point, it forced you to create a new bungie.net account. Now, you have two bungie.net accounts. https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/5241809 https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/11068282 Because you have no other admin's in your group, unfortunately there is no way to rectify this and you will have to make a new group and move you clan members there if you wish to reside on bungie.net. You won't be able to change the name of your group to a new one, because that requires admin permissions to do so. Long story short - admin permissions are locked out to your group/clan because there is only one account with it and that account has no authentication to sign in. There are more details at the help article - please be careful when switching account links around to make sure you always have a means of authentication sign in, especially on a group admin/founder status.
