Fix this laggs. Enough already. Will Bungie do something ?
The pvp is almost unplayable. Iron Banner is the worst I have ever seen. Trials of Osiris is unplayable. Still lagswitchers out there. Some matches are ok, some not. When will they do something ? Enough already. Fix this and make pvp enjoyable again. Bump if you want to experience a clean pvp for all of your money that you have spend on Destiny. With all this money you can give players dedicated Servers all over the World.

Lag is so bad and so standard I have managed to start working around it. CQC is all messed up. Gotta hang back and take yr shots if possible. Really frustrating, and it ain't gonna change. IB's bigger prob is the players who suck.

Bump! The lag is already terrible in this game and than lag switchers come along and make it worse.

Yup there is an epidemic of deplorable connections of other players and the vast improvement of lag switch user skills. It is tough to spot now they are so practiced. If it is not lag switches on they occasion then there is major net code issues. My video has a common trend of 1-3 second lag times before a kill is made or a player suddenly moving a couple feet away. Then there are the skilled lag switches that can appear across the room or map at will. The blade dancer one in this I speculate as being this.

This game has made me cynical about Bungie now I know they aren't good at what they do they are all amateur developers and gamers.

Edited by SwayinSnake: 7/7/2015 4:20:31 AMsometimes pvp runs perfect and i'm easily stickin nades on heads an fusion blastin with perfect accuracy, man it's so fun! then late night i get on and am lucky to land a glancing blow with a rocket landin in someone's chest or waste an entire bladedancer super slicing up a guy and he just turns around still at full health, smiles, and BOOOM! just 1 lil 12guage to the face i'm dead. Barely EVER had probs w/ connectivity (and ONLY with Destiny and Halo) until maybe 2 weeks b4 House of Wolves went live... Ever since it's RAAAARE to get into a PVP match that i can actually do some dmg to someone. Good news is, since IB is here atm, the other crucible matches have MUCH less lag switchers for the moment!!! Almost forgot to mention... i never had connection probs w/ CoD 1or 2, Battlefield 3 or 4 ... i was just a mediocre player lol.. Sry to say i'll be leaving the game too when next xpac drops if this isn't fixed. Though they prolly don't care as they've already gotten my and everyone else's money here. It's like Sony Online Entertainment all over again!

My first real try at Destiny pvp was the recent ib. I was worked over after landing face shots over and over... And over and over and over. Lagged to a kd of like 1 something. I've accepted that is how it is. I'll do ib for the light, otherwise it is not worth the time. I've seen better stability back in the quake days. Pathetic

People have been moaning about the lag since day1, bungie don't want to fix it, all they try and do is blame you're router/internet connection. Their just too ignorant/arrogant and really don't give a shit.

2 RepliesWhy does everyone think that Bungie will fix anything about their garbage game? First of all they either have all 10 years made and they are charging us for it or they took six years to make a half a year of content. They won't fix the lag let alone use dedicated server because Activision can't have one of it's own games competing against its gold mine aka World of Warcraft. Bungie is full of amateurs who are either incompetent or lazy or they don't care. The funny thing is they said 343 Industries was putting Halo in the wrong direction and that they are amateurs, when it took Bungie almost ten years to make guns aim down the sight it only took 343 Industries two years. I think Bungie was killing Halo and that 343 Industries saved it if anything. It is ironic because Bungie left Microsoft for milking Halo out of them and now they are with Activision who are also milking them. They hate all Xbox players because they are ripping them off making them pay full price for two thirds of a game and the one third of content they don't get until a year later. I don't why Bungie hates Xbox players so much they were just paying them. This game made me cynical about gaming becomes more and more a chore than entertainment. Bungie only cares about money they enough people hooked so they will never fix their game.

1 ReplyYup, I don't play PvP for many reasons but the constant lag is one of them. I can honestly say the Destiny PvP is the least fun thing I've ever experienced. Incredibly unbalanced and unrewarding. I don't think I've ever been so frustrated with a game before, and it's not just PvP either, PvE weekly lockouts and BS rewards are a constant thing. I want so bad for Destiny to be a better game, you can see it there, it's so obvious and it would be so easy, but Bungie for some reason has a stick up their rear end. We always think it's gonna get better but they just keep slapping us in the face and I don't think I have much patience left for it.

Full of lag and cheaters. It's not fun. Simple as that. I hate that I spent this much time on this POS. Drop Dead Bungie you -blam!-ing lying cheating blamsuckers.
