Destiny Dlc Problems
I recently purchased a destiny expansion pass code from my local gamestop for ps4.I input the code on my ps4 and got both dlcs.I then switched over to my ps3 to download the dlc,but it told me I would have to purchase the expansion pass again and the other dlcs.What do I have to do to get my dlc on my ps3?

It's because the digital upgrade program only works one way. If your purchase the DLC content on PS3 or Xbox 360, you will then get the content from "Free" on the next gen system in the same family. This upgrade does not work in the opposite direction. You will have to repurchase the content on your PS3 if you wish to play it on that platform. More information at the link. 1 ReplyHi SMOKING_ACE, Unfortunately you cannot transfer your Expansion Pass from PS4 to PS3. Our Digital Upgrade program allows players to upgrade the first two DLCs (The Dark Below and House of Wolves) from PS3 to PS4 but it does not work in reverse.

The free upgrade program only works if you purchased the dlc on the ps3 then you would get the dlc for free on the ps4. The program only works if you go from ps3 to ps4. https://www.destinythegame.com/digital-upgrade
