I've owned the game since its launch and just started getting into ranking up factions since December. I didn't really care for them until I had heard they dropped shaders. Although it was talked about during the first couple of months of release they were so rare I had thought people were making it up. Now that I have started, I'm beginning to feel the painful disappointment every time I open a package up only to receive a single mote of light. My condolences to all those that are 20+ and without shaders. Now here's my fix: Simply give it as a guarantee drop at rank 10, 25, 50 and so on. Still let the shaders drop randomly but manipulate the rng so a shader drops. Honestly Shaders in this game are so hard to even get, I still don't have the God of war and notice I've been playing since September or so... In other words, Bungie u need to fix the shader drops!!!!!
