The QBB is a FUSION / SNIPER. Both separate are powerful. Together they should be ungodly strong but its no stronger that a medium impact SNIPER. With charge times should come big damage. That's common place for fusion rifles. Tiny buff needed. Especially in Pve. Should be the most powerful SNIPER because of the long charge time. Makes no sense. It breaks the laws of Destiny weapon mechanics.

Obviously you've never used it properly on a map like shores of time
-
This weapon doesn't just need a small buff it needs an overhaul. I just earned it and tried using it on both pvp and pve both it preformed like garbage. No I'm not the greatest but the charge time in pvp makes it easy if you don't nail the head shot for the other player to get away and on pve it's just sad how much it takes to get a kill. I totally agree with your post and then some
-
Don't know man. Been getting WRECKED by the bow in IB this week. I mean wrecked. Big time.
-
In PvP it is a solid weapon, more so because of how much ammo you get, and ability to be versatile. In pve it just sucks.
-
I went on a 19 streak with that thing bruh.
-
Right I'm talking about pve specifically
-
No the dregs promise is under powered
-
Never been more disappointed in an exotic weapon in this game, sure looks great but I'll stick to P&T or my arc damage Longbow
-
It is really weak
-
I feel like bungie is going to be like "Everyone dissed dregs promise now it's got tracking bullets and an increase in impact" just to screw everyone who laughed at it
-
It's fun and the look is exotic but after that...it's garbage...run a vanguard dragon with it and I guarantee you will have the least kills. Bungie is trying too hard to make exotics on par with some legendary guns. Lord of Wolves ended up being my favorite of the 3 and I don't even really use that much either.
-
The marksman sights should do 500 damage to the head (body shot damage is fine) and the combat sights should do 350-400 damage to the head (again body damage is fine). And kind of off topic but No Land Beyond should do 438 damage to the head like Ice Breaker since they have the same impact.

Edited by eternal_napalm: 7/6/2015 9:30:47 PMAll new exotic weapons suck. When are people going to realize that this is and will be the new norm? Good luck keeping people addicted and on the hamster wheel for garbage weapons, Bungie. Newest exotic weapons: -Necrochasm -No Land Beyond -Dragon's Breath -Fourth Horseman -Queenbreaker's Bow -Dreg's Promise -Lord of Wolves
-
I find it useless, I will stay with ice breaker
-
Edited by Octopus: 7/5/2015 10:48:39 AMhave it too, but never use it anymore, as it's maybe the most useless and worst exotic gun in this whole game...i guess it easily took this title of the necrochasm...also believe that the other 2, dreg's pistol and lord of wolves aren't any better, as to me, have legendaries that are more powerful...LOTW is quite ok compared to the other 2, but imho still not good enough to spend a spot in inventory for it....sad, as i was happy to see this wolves guns...QBB is good to scare enemies off at its best, but if you really want to hurt anyone with it, this gun is not the gun to go with... edit: btw, totally agree with your argument...
-
It's a skill based weapon like NLB and UR.
-
Qbb is a hip fire sniper, you don't know how to use it but it is strong not overpowered
-
It's an acquired taste.
-
Any sniper rifle that has a charge time is kinda ridiculous lol.
-
+1. QBB is extremely versitile, but at long range it loses its exotic allure. As a sniper rifle, this is b.s. p.s. Vandals QBB's(wire rifles) dont have such issues so why do ours??
-
In PVE, yes.
-
In PvP it's godly. I love it in PvP. In PvE I agree it's kind meh and it's not useful. Hell even on arc burn things it's better to use either my Party Crasher with arc or just pull out ice breaker.
-
The reason for the low dammage per shot is because of your high reserve ammo, you basicaly have 60 shots more than a normal sniper
-
I have this gun and It works like wonders for me, I'll suggest try to change your play style or something, but I gotta agree with you that they could nerf the charge time by just a little bit to give you a fighting chance in close quarters
-
I think the issue is that it has too much ammo to be that powerful. It can hold almost 90 shots, can you imagine how ridiculous it would be if it did the same damage as, say, Patience and Time? I still think it's really good fun, yet to use it in PvP though.

Edited by GMRcris: 7/5/2015 9:26:35 AMYeah...it has crazy aim assist, while not the best weapon very it's actually a very easy to use and fun weapon for PvP. In terms of PvE, it's not bad...but you have better options for special weapons.
