SWITCHING ACCOUNTS
I own a 360 now if I log into my Xbox Microsoft account onto my Xbox one and put it destiny for Xbox one will I have everything from my previous?

I'm not quite sure if that works, I know that if you played on 360 than went to "Xbox One" it transfers over saves from 360 same as PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4. If this doesn't help I'm sorry that it doesn't work. Good luck and tell me if it does work.
