Is this the best perks for a legendary rocket ?
Tripod
Speed Reload, Javelin, or QuickDraw
Tracking
On a dead orbit rocket I just got. didn't even reforge once.
got a better one?

For pve it's good. If you want it for pvp, you want grenades and horseshoes, not tracking.
