Did Bungie "Fix" the connection issues.... by changing Red bars to Green? I have noticed the last few weeks that the connection status of most players(including myself) are Green. But I am still seeing a ton of lag. Example, I will shoulder charge someone, they will kill me, run around... then die. And I will get the points for a melee kill. Or a golden gun will miss me several times.
