Hey I'm not Bungie, just player like you. Have you check all 3 characters inventory include vault in each character. When finish, force quit your destiny app and relaunch and then repeat the top using phone. Sometime the item will pop somewhere. Note: If that doesn't work then sadly, Bungie cannot recovery lost item.
