Weasel / Canary / Baboon etc
Hey.
So i have a type 2 open connection ranging from 12-22 mbps/sec upload and 700kbps-1.8mbps download speeds.
I only ever lose connection while playing Destiny.
It ranges from Weasel, Baboon, Canary, Centipede.
I am familiar with port forwarding as well as setting up all appropriate connections.
I have a wired ethernet connection rather than wireless.
Im convinced it's a problem on bungies end & completely fed up.
So many 6-0, 7-0, 8-0 Trials of Osiris cards ruined

I knew I wasn't the only one. These past few days I have been lagging so hard that even my friends are getting annoyed by it. This lagg happened out of the blue, it was never like this 1week ago

Same case for me. I maybe get kicked rarely but during trials I always disconnect somehow. Yesterday I was 5-0 and I got either baboon or weaseled (I forget which one). Today I was 6-0 and I got kicked again by error code caterpillar.

Everytime I get a baboon error I have to hard restart my Xbox.

I've been getting kicked all day, for the past 3 days hard core. I think it's telling me to stay off the game completely. Battlefield 4 plays flawlessly, except the fact get shot by a shotgun from across the map.

tell me about it. Bungie suuuucks!! weasel, baboon, marionberry.....i've seen 'm all. after some googling Bungie always points to your router and refers to some "how to set up a network connection for dummies" page. My ps4 is wired to a 90Mbps connection. I download a dvd faster than i can get this game to work. Don't tell me my internet connection is the problem, BUNGIE is the problem. FIX this or I'm switching back to Battlefield!

1 ReplyI get weasel code while playing, then I try to close destiny from the dashboard (Xbox one), it doesn't let me. Then I reset the Xbox and it's saying I have "no internet connection" while my 360, and other devices is still connected to the wifi. I tried connecting my Xbox to the wifi and keeps saying my wifi password is "wrong". And this only happens to me every time I get a weasel error code. Other games doesn't disconnect me from my own wifi

Im glad i paid over 140 in total for a game i can barely play. Thanks alot #bungie kindly fix your servers rather than telling us all to go to a general PS4 networking troubleshoot page that just tells us to hard restart our router and console...yeah REAL helpful you bunch of dolts

Yes its been even worse the past few days. Ive done the following. Followed and executed all steps on Portforward.com in regards to destiny/ps4 Set up a static IP address and wired connection and placed that one in the DMZ It increased my DL/UL speed to 17mbps down and 1.6 up First game of Iron Banner yesterday i got disconnected by weasel/canary before the first heavy round. Forget about trials of osiris because i wasted 18 coins 2 straight matches to get the boot when we were 3-0 -blam!- destiny servers are garbage
