*I have not yet been banned as of right now but have been reported and probably will* So as you've al heard by now banning is happening very frequently in trials to people who cheat or abuse the system. Today my team and I were close to winning and saw a tough opponet so we switched to get out of it (it was the first time I did it this week, I've done it probably 3 or 4 times total) after we left he messaged all of us and told us we had been reported. However we continued our run until a loss at 6ish on our passages so that cheat was in vain and only will come back to hurt. Now here's my reaction to this Will it change my skill in crucible? No. (believe it or not I'm actually kinda good, check my games, i just try not to take any risks) Will it stop me from playing? Temporarily, but I'll be back as soon as the (very likely but yet to happen) ban goes away (assumeing it does) Will it change my view of the people who reported me and bungie? Yes, but not in the way you expect, see I respect them more now because they did what's right and I just have to take responsibility for what I did and deal with the consequences Will the ban stop be from doing it again? Yes for sure....but i doubt that applies to everyone banned. So moral of the story? Well weigh the consequences of your actions before you do them, and if you do mess up don't blame it on others who were doing the right thing just accept responsibility even if that's hard to do. I'm sorry for being cheap and abusing the system so that's that. But a few final thoughts, I'd like to tell you i got my first (and only) trials flawless legit but i understand most of you won't believe that and I accept that. Sorry for the long post and i hope you took the time to read it. Tell me what you think of all this if you'd like *very sorry for my many grammatical and spelling mistakes, you don't need to point them out we all know they're there but as long as everyone understands the main idea it's fine* Update! So I've not been banned yet (thank goodness + knock on wood) and we tried again today. No cheatsy stuff, no buffs, no coins AND WENT 9-0 FIRST TRY! (I know all of you have done it like a million times I'm just saying this is huge for me) and it was soooooo much more satisfying than cheating it was great!
