I'd seen it before, but never cared for the emblem, thinking it was some vendor emblem. Now I know that it was for playing during launch week (which I did), I look into my special requisitions and it's not there. I'll post a picture as proof and my achievements show that I played well within the first seven days. EDIT: There is my special requisition screen.
