Dregs promise is not working.
So I'm leveling up my dregs promise and using it in the crucible as well, however several shots are doing no damage or completely missing when the entire cross hairs are full. I do have video if needed proof. I'm about to test it on an afk subject as well to ensure.

It shoots a projectile like a fusion rifle so you have to lead the shot

I have noticed this as well, same with the Vestian Dynasty (so this could be a sidearm issue). Lots of shots are missing when there is no way they should be.
