Question: who's moronic idea was it to put small maps, like Anomaly, into the control playlist?

I quit this game back in December and came back a week or so ago. Can someone tell me why Bungie thought it was a good idea to put these small maps, designed for skirmish, into the control playlist? Does Bungie really think its playerbase is composed of so many ADD children that it needs to use maps like these, where someone is dying every two seconds and the games only last ~8 minutes? Sticking 12 people in a map originally designed for teams of 3 is ridiculous. I found control to be much more enjoyable back under the old playlist, with Rusted Lands, Shores of Time, etc. receiving the majority of my play time. Even the long range maps were a better option than what we have now. Now it feels like I'm stuck playing small-scale maps over half the time; for every one time SoT or Rusted Lands pops up, I get Anomaly twice. Don't even get me started on Asylum.
