I lost everything. Need bungie's help.

Due to a series of not so strange events i have encountered a serious problem and have lost all my characters. They still exist on bungie's end and I need help. is there some way i could contact bungie?

dude that sucks.. i lost my ice breaker today (app bug) but loosing everything is worse...
