At the 7:27 mark of the video. you show a perk called rolling thunder. Burn through your enemies with thunderous rounds that will both penetrate and detonate. what happened to that cool perk?

Replaced with lightning rounds. Hidden perk causes enemies to explode in arc light. Similar to what was advertised though.
