Just got No Land Beyond. Any advice?
By advice, I mean things to help me get many kills with it, not the following quotes:
"Put it back under the rug where it belongs"
"It's shit"
"Dismantle it"
"Neck yourself"
I want to know how to use it effectively. It's good if you learn how to use it, and that's what I want to do. Any NLB master here, please help a fellow guardian.
EDIT: I wanna be the very best/like no-one ever was/to master it is my test/to kick ass with it is my cause
EDIT: I can get the headshots. I've heard a LOT about this gun. No PvE, try reload cancelling, etc..
EDIT: I"M NOT GONNA DISMANTLE IT YOU TROLLS. Just because it has a bad name, doesn't mean it's bad in general. It's very satisfying to get a kill with it.
EDIT: I've started to use my Rude Awakening DOA with Full Auto and Army of One with my NLB. It's going well. And I reload cancel. RoF +a lot
EDIT: I main a Voidwalker, if that helps.

It's clutch during boss fights during PoE when small arms is on

1 ReplyLevel it up. Once you unlock the master perk, it becomes super deadly in the crucible. Especially control.

1 ReplyThere's a video floating around on YouTube. The suggestion is to use a Hunter and go invis. You can see the little red dot whe you're aimed at the head really well like that and helps you practice with head shots.

Just go for head shots in crucible. Highest TTK of all primary weapons (considering headshots)

Aim down scope - and stay zoomed in. That's the technique nobody uses correctly. Stay ADS'ed until your clip is empty and the gun starts to reload itself, you'll decimate a distant group like that and it's very fast to pop one head after another if you're already scoped in. Try and enjoy.

Shoot with NLB Swap to sniper and shoot Switch back And repeat

After each shot press reload then immediately sprint, it makes the fire rate gr8

Try to land headshots as often as possible. If you land a body shot then just hope you can land another, or get a grenade in there. The gun actually gets easy to use once you use it a little more often. Good luck!

1 ReplyGreat gun in pvp. Snapshot is essential imo. Would love it to have 3rd eye instead of mulligan . NLB and knucklehead FTW. Have a shottie or sidearm as secondary because if u miss the headshot you'll be dead before you can get another round off. Great fun

For fast shots shoot real pad then sprint right after you start the animation then you have another shot ready

1 ReplyStep one: use no land beyond on lvl 2 dreg Step two: Laugh at how bad it is Step three: un-equip the no land beyond Step four: more cursor over no land beyond Step five: hold down dismantle until exotic shard appears. Step six: use exotic shard wisely.
