I wish you could make any Rare cosmetic item Legendary. Sometimes you have a Rare ship that you really like the look of, or an emblem, or a cloak. You may prefer them over any Legendary alternatives you've come across. And while that little purple color shouldn't matter, it somewhat does. Xur currently gives you the ability to upgrade your Sparrow to Legendary. It would be really cool if he, or someone, could extend this possibility to your other dearly-held adornments. Thanks!
