Master list of all the exotics and legendarys that need a buff

most exotics work but many have inherit flaws, may that be with perks breaking each other lets form a list to get a general viewpoint on which ones still are not preforming to a usable standpoint. I'll start.. [i][u][b]hunter gear[/b][/u][/i] [u][b]Radiant Dance Machines[/b][/u] - currently has heavy ammo and the dance 1) heavy ammo = increased reserve heavy ammo 2) the dance = strafing is slightly increased for left and right movement while ADS. + the dance perk need to change in order to work in another place other than PVP, add a permanent +2 to agility on top of buffed movement speed in any direction while aiming [u][b]ATS/8 ARACHNID[/b][/u] - currently has light the blade, ashes to assets, and arachnid sensorium 1) light the blade = grenade damage reduces melee cool down 2) ashes to assets = more super energy from grenade kills 3) arachnid sensorium = zoom with golden gun + arachnid sensorium should make golden gun track targets like a rocket as it fits the description of the exotic helmet and give it a free perk into key hole to double stack perks [i][u][b]weapons[/b][/u][/i] [u][b]No Land Beyond[/b][/u] - currently has mulligan and the master. 1) mulligan = has a chance to return missed rounds back into the mag. 2) the master = more precision damage and kills increase damage against next target. + mulligan should be replaced with a return to sender perk with a higher chance of happening. + the master perk would increased precision damage and Every kill causes increased damage against the next alien target, and the final round is multiplied by the number of kills earned! + remove glare from iron sight and add another sight that has glare on it.. [u][b]Necrochasm[/b][/u] - currently has curse bringer and range finder 1) curse bringer = has a chance to cause enemy's killed with precision shots to explode like a cursed thrall. 2) range finder = increases effective range permanently. + change stats to match this ROF = 100, IMP = 10, RNG = 25, STB = 40, RLD = 50, MAG = 77 + change the flared mag well perk to explosive rounds (explosive rounds are completely optional but would make sense as the first exotic auto rifle of its kind to have explosive rounds and replace the useless reload perk) + change curse bringer to cause all enemies killed with precision to explode like a cursed thrall instead of some [u][b]Dragons Breath[/b][/u] - currently has tripod, and pyromancer 1) tripod = can hold three rockets in mag at once 2) pyromancer = leaves a solar flare on the area of rocket detonation + change the stats to match this ROF = 25, BR = 100, VEL = 50, STB = 70, RLD = 55, MAG = 3 + change the tripod perk to cluster bomb, this will be perfect to combo with the pyromancer perk +replace the heavy payload perk with flared mag well since the radius is at max +change the pyromancer perk to effect the cluster bombs as well and make them leave slightly smaller solar flares around the normal solar flare [u][b]Pocket Infinity[/b][/u] - Currently has Surplus and Pocket Infinity 1) Surplus = Find more ammo for this weapon 2) Pocket Infinity = Fires in full auto mode and has a chance to return rounds that miss to the magazine + change the stats to accommodate new perks CGR = 1, IMP = 25, RNG = 30, STB = 100, RLD = 85, MAG = 5 + replace surplus with hip fire + replace perfect balance with armor piercing rounds + modify the Pocket infinity perk to fire a directed energy beam instead of charging multiple times and let it recharge its ammo to finish the trifecta of recharging weapons and seperate it from the vex mythoclast clone that took its place + here is an example of how it would work https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mwjxn6w2-o8 and one more https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAGenMZXfEk they have expirence making weapons like this it would only make sense
