Bungie pls help

Hey bungie I need help because I just got the cipher but can't choose what I want. This video should show you I can't for some reason. I'm on Xbox 360 and my account name is RanchMySaladd. I hope you guys can help me get the bow which is the one I want the most.

Hey Ranch, Don't worry, there are many other people also experiencing this issue. Bungie are aware of the bug and are currently investigating.
