I know there is a lot of people who are having trouble finding treasure keys. In the weekly update Bungie said they are working on the problem or they are aware of it (i don't remember). I thought that they were going to give us one key per week. But that didn't happen, so i think Bungie should have a bounty available through the queen that would award you one key. It would be just like Eris Mourne bounty for killing ten majors in a nightfall activity. But this would be kill ten of the mini bosses in the wolf is prowling public events. So at least you know your guaranteed one key per character and you still have a chance at more keys. I like the idea, even though I've come to realize the keys are not necessary.
