Soul rip seems broken
Ever since the Ram was created, it seems soul rip doesn't hit any more. It just says energy drain and it doesn't seem to boost my special all that much. I'm not 100% sure, but I thought it used to say soul rip when it landed. Anyone else notice this? bungie please look into this.
