After perusing the FAQs and Forums for over an hour, I have decided to seek assistance here. Perhaps you can forward this plea or put me in correspondence with someone who can help. My father in law purchased a digital copy of destiny on his 360 about 4 months ago. I decided to get a second Xbox after seeing from http://www.destinythegame.com/digital-upgrade , so that he could play with my wife or me. I also recently purchased the Expansion pass for my father in-law for his birthday on a second Xbox ONE that we have in our house. The problem is he can not always play because my mother in law is utilizing the TV that he is playing on. So he usually resorts to playing on his digital copy of destiny on his 360 in his bedroom. Because I made the purchase for him on the XB1, though, he can not enjoy any of the expansion material. I was unaware that the purchase would not be able to work on the 360. Can you please assist me in either providing a refund for the purchase on the XB ONE so we can repurchase it on the 360. Or perhaps you can assist in a redeemable code to download another copy of the expansion on his account on the 360. Thanks for the assistance. Very respectfully, Chad
