As an Exo titan with the FWC i have heard Lakshmi say "I respect the titans" this could mean the titans have a big role in terms of the device you are talking about

Though you have to question it since warminds are normally over whelming and last time no one believed a human warlock because they thought he was crazy, we lost toland. Also in the lore it states war minds are substantially just super advanced exos so that could be why

I noticed the tower's cryptarch kisses my warlocks butt whenever I talk to him but his almost makes what I would consider snide remarks to my hunter. He nearly talks down to my Titan. Maybe Bungie is trying to RP that certain classes are liked/disliked by certain factions. Cryptarchs are brainy so they like warlocks, New Mon is strictly political, so they don't trust magic mumbo-jumbo.

Pretty sure it's about warlocks constantly theorising and testing all the time. Hideo doesn't have time for all that philosophy and calculus.
